What else do you ride besides your Airborne?

Ever since I have started mountain biking, bikes seem to gravitate toward me (gotta be a Budda thing...), and I have to say I enjoy riding them all! I also love to restore old bikes, nothing cooler than to see something brought back to life to get back on the road. My Gobi is preferred, obviously, but there is something about getting on an old cool steely for a smooth roll across town, or getting on the beer bike for a beer run. Along with an English folding bike, the wife's Phat Cruiser, and my first Giant MTB, I have amassed 8 bikes in the last four years. I guess I have an odd fascination with bikes... Anyway - let's see those collections of other bikes! Here are a few of mine:

    My Gobi

    My Goose Island Beer Fetcher

    My '76 Nishiki Hybrid Resto

My next project bike - '61 Schwinn Jaguar Mark IV - but the Mrs. wants me to start on the Westpoint bike that is behind it first, of course!

I bought this bike a couple weeks ago. I've started to get a little bored with XC type riding and needed something to mix it up. So I bought this DJ bike for the local bike park. So far its been a blast, but at 32 years old there is not a lot of other guys my age riding around here.

I really like your Goose Island bike. You just need a growler carrier.

My Raleigh XXIX. Always rigid; has split time between SS and 1x9, but currently is back to SS.

Have an old Raleigh Technium Tri-Lite for road bike duties, but it's been a trainer only bike since moving back to WA and having so many MTB trails available.

Fat bike. Matter of fact, since I got my fat bike, I have barely ridden my Airborne.

I have an SX trail that my wife likes for her occasional forays in to DH. I take it out a few times a season and hit some freeride spots on it too. It was a bucket list bike years ago, and I can't seem to let go... (it doubles as my "all mountain" bike when I have mechanical on the preferred ride)

My bikes, in order of ascending chain ring sizes... lol.

Because the OP started with a pic of his Airborne, I'll start with mine:

Now, as I said in a previous post, I've been a roadie for a few years now. My other bikes:

2012 Felt Z85 - Boyd wheels, upgraded to Ultegra group, plus some other upgraded bits got this aluminum bike under 17 lbs:

1989 Eddie Merckx - I bought this frame and built it with the 105 components off of my Felt and polished most of the aluminum bits. I wish I could make it a little racier, but it is the bike I ride to the bars and around town, so I have it set up for comfort above all else:

    Besides an Airborne Goblin EVO...

got a 1999 Yeti ARC w a RS Sid SL and flat pedals for playing around town from the house,

a 1997 Parkpre 925 with Schwable CX Pro 1.35" tires mounted up as my "road" bike,

and I have a new "baby" on the way...Motobecane FB5 FAT bike!

Love the EVO, it's a great bike, but I wanted FAT and shoulda just gone fat from the beginning. Next year the EVO will be my race bike after a full winter of being FAT.

I have a stable full of motorcycles, but the Goblin is my only pedal bike since I sold my carbon fiber road bike a couple years ago. I'm thinking more and more about a fat bike though.

Just finished with the conversion on the wife's cruiser. It came with coaster brakes, but I needed to convert it over to a drum brake. She was trying to stop the bike with her feet off the pedals (that doesn't work with coasters!) and ended up crashing, so she wanted a hand brake instead. Quite the pain, but it turned out well and she loves it, and not so scared to go ride anymore.

What, no white wicker basket with plastic flowers on the front? You're not finished yet!
