The green one is the Thrush, a 150mm 27.5, looks like the other is a 130mm carbon 29er...

Maybe it was 27.5 only before but that tire says "29" on the side of it.

That would be a huge deal for Manitou as people have been asking for a 29" Mattoc for years and Manitou has always said they are not interested. Might be two big stories here.

I was hoping for a plus version of the Plague when I got into the market for a new bike this spring. Guess not....

So, it's just 10mm less travel than the Plague? What else sets it apart - is it more of an easy-going trail XC bike?

Not to be a negative nancy or anything, but the lineup is aleady full of XC bikes...

Either way, both look very cool and sort of establish a new brand feel (the forest service green with brown accents is best color combo I've seen on any brand in a long time)- excited for Airborne!

Hope they don't take as long to be produced as the Plague. Waited as long as I could but couldn't wait any longer and bought elsewhere. Really liking the 29er.

So where's the new bikes? I hate to be the person who always floods this sub forum with negativity, but common man!

We waited so long for the Plague that most of us moved on and bought other bikes (I bought a 2017 Giant Trance Advanced 1 for example).

AIRBORNE - if you are listening, you can't wait. Get those new bikes to market. Learn from the past.

They have a new DJ bike, and an updated Goblin on their website now. Not the bikes you or I are waiting on ATM

Where is this new Thrush??? We're almost 4mo beyond the originally quoted release date.

I ask, not to be a jerk, but because I am an airborne fan (former Seeker owner, convinced 2 friends to buy airbornes) and I'm considering a new FS trail bike and this looks like ti would fit the bill very well!

Anyone know if there are any updates on that 27.5 150mm and the 29er 130mm? In the market for a new bike and would like to see what the available options are...
