Hydraulic disc on a Goblin frame

Would it be hard or do I need to modify my Goblin frame to put hydraulic disc brakes on it. I just did a build up on it and have Avid BB7 now but want Hydraulic brakes. Thinking of Shimano because they use mineral oil.

Shouldn't need anything. Frame should already be equipped to have hydraulic brakes rather than mechanical.
