Did a 60 mile MTB race on a Griffin this past weekend in Ellijay GA!

The bike held up great and never skipped a beat. It was great going downhill. I had 3.0 tires front and back. Going over the rocks and roots, I was definately making up time on people with their skinny little 2.2's...... Uphill was a struggle, especially, after mile 40. But, that was my fault not the bikes...ha ha.

Hell yeah! Nice job! How did the bike feel after such a long distance? I keep going back and forth between the Griffin and the Goblin for the Road Apple race on the 1st., but I am not going anywhere near that distance.

The bike held up great! I was not uncomfortable on the bike. My upper back and legs became sore near the end. But, I think the plus tires really make for a nice ride over the rough stuff. It may be a little heavy for long races, but it is give and take with the plus size, I guess.

I have only gone half that distance in one trip, and really enjoyed myself on the Griffin. I much prefer the suspension from the plus size tire tubeless over the suspension from the Plague, especially over long distances.

Glad to hear you had fun!
