    Checking out the Airborne bikes...

They look pretty nice and not that expensive.

What do you guys like about these bikes? Are they pretty heavy? For example, the Toxin?

Been looking for a good trail 650b bike.

The toxin is a DH oriented bike and not so much a trail bike. The only thing Airborne has in the works that will fit what you are looking for is the 650B prototype they are supposed to be releasing at some point this year.

That being said, the Hobgoblin is an excellent 29er trail bike. My Hobgoblin XO weighs just under 27lbs after a few modifications which is decent for a full suspension aluminum 29er.

They are typically the best "value" in the industry for their category. They are very well built, not low end cost savers, and everyone who buys one really enjoys it (well virtually everyone). I rode a Bikes Direct model that felt really cheap, my Seeker, by comparison feels like a lexus.

They do look nice, but are pretty heavy. 38# for the Toxin, but then again, it is a downhill bike.

I don't know if you are stuck on the 650b idea but I have a Goblin Evo, 29er hardtail trail bike, and am the biggest fan! I've had everything, 26er hardtails, 26 and 29er race bikes, long travel 26ers, 4x bikes (which we need more of again, I would love a new 4x bike), etc etc. I'm sure if you ask a bunch of people around here they would say they like their Evo's too. There is very good rumor too that they are working on a 650b dual suspension for release in possibly April.
