    Fox Transfer Creeping Down

So my Fox Tranfer creeps down during rides. Every few minutes I hit the lever and it jumps back up a half to a full inch. Do the seals need replacing or does it need a service from Fox? It's not quite a year old.

Is the remote cable tension too tight?

I'm not too familiar with the Fox Transfer but does it have an air cartridge? If so, it might need some air. As Lone Rager mentioned, it could also be the cable tension. You can try to adjust the barrel nut to see if that helps. If that's not the case, the inner cartridge could be failing.

The transfer has a sealed nitrogen cartridge, Fox will have to service it. I had one that got sluggish after two seasons of riding but I ended up trading in the bike... so I never sent it off. From what I hear though, their turn around time is pretty quick. Shoot them a message, see what they say.

send it to Fox. fill out their online request, get RMA, spend $115, get post back ten days later in like-new condition.
