    OP, if you're not married to aluminum the Guerrilla Gravity Pedalhead meets those criteria and it's pretty light for a steel frame. I have one on order. With a few component changes the build came out to $2630. I'll have to weigh mine when it arrives but the claimed weight is less than my Giant Fathom (alloy frame) I just sold.

    Absolutely no one! Highly doubt you're finding an alu HT with those features with a lifetime warranty as those features are more from smaller manufacturers who just can't afford to give a lifetime warranty. Kill the lifetime warranty BS because alu has a shelf/fatigue life and easy to find.

    Actually, SC does offer a lifetime warranty on the Chameleon.

    that is useless.
    A warranty is against defects.
    No company will give you a new frame 22 years later.
    You have no idea if any company will be in business in 6 months.
