    Rocky mountain element

I just purchased a rocky mountain element 999 xxl. I am having an issue with the rear monarch shock getting stuck at 10 % sag. The only way I can it to fully extend is depressurize the rear shock and air back up. but as soon as I ride it it goes back down to 10 % or drops 3 mm.Once it gets stuck at 10 % sag i have to put a max pressure at 275 psi

So are you saying that the shock does not move back to its normal position no matter what you do unless it is depressurized and then re-pressurized? Sounds like some serious stiction that I would take back to the LBS to have them look at as it may be a dud.
