Upset No Id catridge for WB BW 0.8

I decided to be the guinea pig for a Stratos Id cartridge on my fork:

I sent my White Brothers BW-0.8 to you guys on January 3rd or 4th I think. I
just wanted to check and make sure you have it and what time frame do you
think it will take to build a cartridge for it? Oh, if you need any repair
parts for it, let me know and I can get them from White Brothers.

    The reply:

    Hello Chuck,

We received your fork on January 10th and returned it via UPS ground on Jan
11th. Our engineers took your fork and unfortunately cannot retrofit the ID
    cartridge to that design.

Thank you for sending us your fork.

    Me again:

I'm not sure about the coil version of the fork. Let's hope WB has a platform fork for the future with a retro-fit for those of us who already have a fork. To be honest, I like my fork as it was. I just thought the Id cartridge would make it better. Now, I have a reba and will likely swap one out for the other on the same bike and give a good comparison.

Just wanted to say thanks for the update. I have an '05 WB BW 0.8 on order, and I was curious about the outcome of this deal.

Thanks for being the guinnea pig...
