Niner vs Redline Sizing

I have a med Niner MCR and a 19" Redline Monocog Flight. Both have near identical Eff top tube lengths. The RL obviously has a longer seat tube. The MCR has a 90mm stem and a 25" bar and the RL has a 110mm stem with Groovy Luv bars. The RL feels much larger than the MCR. Could it be because of the bar/stem set up. I would like to keep the RL if it is only a matter of switching the bar and stem.

I just put a flat 9* bar and 50mm stem on my Redline D460 and WOW what a difference. So much easier to pop up the front now. You could try the stem first and see if you even want to change the bars.
