    is this a new 29er wheel set

    from formula. Its called the XSM-29 but with only 24 spokes....

    By the way, I have beat the cra$ out of a set of formula hubs for cyclocross and road and after two years they spin a lot nicer than my shimano 105 hubs on the same rims...

    I'm not a weight weenie, but those are pretty heavy for such a low spoke count.

    Cool looking hoops, but way too heavy for 24 spokes....really way too heavy for any amount of spokes in my humble opinion.

    That weight has got to be a typo, that's DH wheel weights.
