    My Curtlo.... (with pics)

    hasn't arrived yet, but I got a sneak peak at the Seattle Bike Expo. Doug asked to keep it for both days, I said yes, a friend will be bringing it back from Winthrop this coming weekend.

    Now how are people to notice Curtlo is maybe sweet 29"ers? I bet 90% of the people seeing that frame wouldn't know it was one :-)

    Wow...why do I like that rear end better than the Ventana?
    Is it because the rockers are longer?

    I dunno. They're 5" Ventana rockers (AFAIK), if that makes a difference.

    Can you get it custom?

    That is the cool thing about a Curtlo. You can send them your specifications and it is built. Very cool. I wish the bike was a true HL but who wants to pay Ellsworth and Specialized money the stupid patents. Regardless, a great effort from Curtlo. How much is it?

    Ah, sorry. It's been a while since I looked at the Curtlo suspension frame specs. I was thinking they were all Ventana rears.

    He has been using a rear suspension from Mountain Cycle, the "Zen".

    You can see the V on the chainstay behind the BB...
    Very nice, my Bro is gettin' a Sycip like that in a couple of weeks, can't wait to ride it.
