Monocog Flight '12 vs. '11

I am finally ready to get a new 29er and want a steel frame ss that I can run geared too, if I want to. I have been looking at the Monocog flight and think it fits what all I want, so I went to the shop to see when they are available and the '12 isn't shipping till late December. The shop I went to offered me a '11 for $800. I don't know a whole lot, but I don't think there is a difference between the '12 and the '11. Does anyone here know if there is? Thanks in advance for the help and feel free to throw out suggestions on other bikes if you have any.

That's what I am leaning towards.

I guess it depends if you like a black frame with red lettering (2011) or a green frame with black lettering (2012).
