Karate Monkey in black and Sexy!

Well after a week delay I finally got the Sexy Black Karate Monkey. I attempted to uplaod the photo and its my first time so not sure if its going on or not. Got the bike last night around 7PM so no time for a ride yet, that is later today. I am very pleased it turned out better than I expected the official digital scale weight is 24.03 lbs.!!! I was hoping for 25 lbs. but that is even better. I will be riding it today later and all weekend near Tucson at
http://www.wowtnt.com/home.html should be pretty cool. Anyway here is the build list:
    -Large Karate Monkey frame.
    -Thomson 120/5 stem.
    -King headset.
-Easton Monkey Lite 3/4 rise carbon bar.
    -Yeti grips.
-Avid Single Digit 7 levers and V-brakes.
    -Thomson layback seatpost.
-Selle Italia SLR 135 gm Ti saddle.
-Salsa Delgado X black rims F/R.
    -14/15 butted Wheelsmith spokes.
    -Silver nipples.
    -Velox rim strips.
    -Kenda Super Lite 29 x 1.9/2.3 tubes.
-Bontrager Jones ACX 2.2 tires F/R.
-Phil Wood KISS OFF hub set.
    -ACS 18T freewheel.
    -Scram chain.
    -Salsa 32T front chainring.
    -Race Face Deus XC crank.
    -Older Shimano SPD's.
    -Cussi Classic bottle cage.
I think that's it. If this didn't load let me know and if you can give me some instructions on how that would be cool. Enjoy and I'll update on the ride next week.

    sweet

Glad it turned out so well. And to think you had a few doubts at the start about
building a lite monkey. Have fun on your trip and mmake sure you post some pics from your trip.

    Congratulations!

Looks like a great build. Amazingly low total weight for such a chunky frame. Slightly heavier than I expected, although I didn't include pedals or a bottle cage in my projection, and I didn't know the weight of the hubs. Just curious, what is the weight on those hubs?

    Enjoy your ride!
