I don't think you can run an angleset on an internal bearing headtube.

If you want to slacken your head angle your option is to use offset bushings in your shock. You change the head angle up to 1.5 degree. Your bottom bracket will also drop which can be a good or bad thing depending on your trail. Offsetbushings.com - Standard & Offset bespoke bicycle shock hardware ? Offset Bushings | Shock Hardware

Oh Do these bushing go on the shock or the actual pivot. These look good quality have you used them before?

They go on the shock bushings. No special tools needed, you install them by hand and it's a about a 5 minute job. I have them on my rocky mountain altitude and they work great. Best bang for the buck to slacken head angle and lower the BB height.

I've got a brand new 22mm x 6mm Burgtec Ti offset shock bushing that'll work great for the lower shock eyelet of your Jet9. PM me if you'd be interested. You could also put it on the upper eyelet, but that's a high rotation link. It'd be better suited on the lower eyelet.
I like 'em long, low, slack and playful

It took 6 days to get the bushings delivered in California. It was shipped through the mail.
