    Creaking Carver EBB on Rig...

Having some issues with the Carver EBB that I have in my GF Rig. It's creaking, and still slips a bit.
I've sanded the shell, lubed the wedge nut, made sure it's tight... starts o.k. after I service it, but that doesn't last long.
    Anyone else have any ideas?

Yeah, I kinda wanted to see if I could find a solution on my own. I purchased the bike 2nd hand with the EBB, and I'd hate to bother them since I didn't buy from them.
If all else fails, I'll go back to the source, though.

Yup. Fresh BB with anti-seize on the threads, grease aplenty on the spindle splines (ISIS.)
Well, pretty sure it's not the BB, I should say. I actually thought that I should remove, relube, retorque.

Thanks for the input though, guys. I always like to have another pair of eyes check things, even if they're iEyes.

    iEye?
    iEye, cap'n!

I had an '06 Rig for almost three years before going to a Jabberwocky. I never got more than half a dozen rides in before the EBB started creaking!?!? I found that using anti-seize instead of grease worked the best...I smeared it on both sides of the wedge, the wedge bolt and nut cylinder, and all around the shell.

Ha! It's gonna be a bit before I can get the Wily repaired!
