    Bontrager Warranty Question

I had a set of 29er RXLs on my Superfly 100 Elite, and I had a spill that a local shop and myself figured out was due to wheel failure, or just a faulty wheel.

MY question: Obviously I'd like my wheelset replaced. Has anyone dealt with Bonty's customer service? Do I need to go through them directly or do I need to go through the shop where I bought the bike?

    Thanks!

Top notch. It's Trek family, which means you get some of the best warranty service in the business. Take it to the shop where you bought the bike, and they'll go to bat for you on the warranty.

Go thru the shop. I repeatedly cracked my Rhythm Elites and they would snap a picture of the crack and I would have a new wheel in 3-5 days.
