Polling the audience for advice on a flat carbon handlebar for a 29er build? Easton? Ritchey? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I also want to know. It seems most Carbon flat bars are narrow (580mm).

I did just see this one... looks nice, an should be <160grams:

Yep, can't go wrong with the Edge or the Salsa. If you can afford the Edge, go with that if not, the Salsa will be just fine. I'm running the Salsa on both my bikes right now.
If I had a black light this place would look like a Jackson Pollock painting.

    3T Xida

Light and wide, without obnoxious sweep.

Ok, kinda random reasoning but I guess you have your reasons for calling out Specialized, Edge changed their because of branding conflicts encountered when the company expanded into European markets. The newly named company (ENVE) is still owned and operated by the same people, in the same location as the company known prior to September 1st 2010 as EDGE.

By same location I figure you mean city, state...not actual physical location...

Yes, but thank you for asking. I was basing my statement on the posting regarding this subject on the company's website.
