Best 29er tire for Bryce Canyon area?

    Hey all,

I'm going to be in Bryce Canyon with family soon and was wondering what a good tire combo for the trails down there would be. I'm on a Moto Fantom, so tire clearance isn't an issue. Currently running NanoRaptors, but was thinking about something wider up front and something with more sidewall protection in both front and rear.

Any advice from people who have ridden/currently down here (or anywhere in southern Utah, probably) is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

haha, I was thinking snow tires too...but ya June is good. If you're talking about Thunder Mountain....awesome trail. It's hard packed mostly, so don't need huge knobs. Love that place.

Ignitor rear, Ardent 2.25 front will work well, as will a pair of either. Hardpack.

Sneak a small block 8 on the rear and that'd be a good one too. Aspen up front maybe.
