The 26" dirt jumping frame is off being repaired under warranty, so I took the Niner off some jumps. It handled them better than I was expecting.

    Sorry, just saw this.

I actually set up my iPhone on the ground off to the side of the trail. That's a still from the video. The light was amazing that day.

Here's a photo a friend shot of me on my Trek Cobia during a cyclocross race a week ago. I have a cx bike, but thought the mtn bike was a better choice given muddy & wet conditions.

Try riding a 26" after spending time on a quality 29er. I felt like I was on a child's toy next to a man's bike.

    cheers mono,
you should have edited it out of common sense and decency. well, actually you should have never reposted it in the first place, especially if you acted so disgusted by it.

it says a lot about you that you'll leave negative rep in response to an edit request to remove inappropriate child exploitation material you reposted from someone you yourself called a "low life grub" who you think should be "reported to cops" and "locked up"...

wow... you're a real piece of work, pal.

Out testing the bastardised Prophet. Bike is riding extremely well, so I will ride it standalone for 6 weeks and then stick the forks back on the Yelli just to see how it compares.

not really an action shot, but I can't find a 'post your 29er video' thread. A segment of my ride last weekend at Kalamunda Circuit in Western Australia. Don't expect anything amazing, I'm no pro and I ride within my limits! This is the third time I've ridden this trail, still a lot of surprises but I'm learning it quickly. This is the 'Kamakaze' section, I could ride this all day. Filmed with a Drift HD170, riding a '12 Trek SF AL Elite. Sorry if the music offends!

    Thank you
It's a Peleng Fisheye, mounted to a Canon Rebel t2i. Its about the cheapest way into an 8mm fisheye, anywhere from $200 to $350 or so. You can google "Peleng" or search for them on ebay.

By the way, it's a "manual" lens. It does not autofocus, and you have to manually set exposure. At first its a bit tricky, especially the focus by distance stuff, but you get the hang of it very quickly.

Yep, I swap the 140mm forks to and fro from my Yelli. Geo ( HA, CS, WB ) is very similar which was the whole idea. The only negative is the BB height, 15" which takes some getting used to especially on the slow tecky stuff. Having the Talas helps though so dropping travel to 110mm makes life easier. Beauty about old Cannondale frames is they can take a tapered fork. This is a 2007 frame, so I got it cheap and no big loss if it wouldn't work. However it is riding very well and although it won't replace the Yelli, it compliments it nicely.

Not really action, but it took some action to get there.

You can fix the "image squeeze" by clicking your upper-right "settings," load the page and look in the left column under My Account > General Settings and find "Forum Skin" pulldown, select "Wide"
