    It fits...BUT

Yep the 650B Neo Moto fits the Salsa MotoRapido. Its pretty close. My wheel was a little out of dish, and that side came very close. D@mn that is one light frame. Look to Origin-8 to have someting similar in the 650B Platform. Aluminum front, carbon rear. My photo from the show wasn't very good, so look elsewhere for an image.
With the Salsa, if your wheel get too out of true, it will rub. I'd recommend against it use as a 650B MTB. ...that is all.

Haven't checked a Scale. But the Spark was a great fit. Even with the shock emptied of air, still there was clearance. I'll post info if I find out!

    Bringing this back to life...........

Cracked Headtube, do you think the newer Quasi Moto, which will probably make a better race tire anyway, will make the Moto Rapido a more viable option? Seems like your only concern was how close the 2.3 NM was to the frame. I would think the 2.0 Quasi would give you enough room for safety.

Quite possibly!! The 2.3 was tight, but it did clear. The 2.0 would definetly allow for more muck clearance.
FWIW I've found a frame with a claimed 16.1" CS that fit the Neo-Moto. The SS and CS had nice clearance, the only thing I'd worry about is the Front Der itting the tire while in the Granny gear.
