    IRD 2.1 650b tire

Has anybody measured the IRD tire 2.1? and has anybody used one long enough to get a good feel for it. I have tried a schwalbe RR and the Neo Moto so time to try out something else.
BTW, the RR is a good tire (except deep sand), but knobby edges wear fairly quick in rocky stuff.

Did you get one of these? I may snag one for my Carver project.

I have a set coming in in the next few days. I will measure them when I get them.

Got home today and found the boxes UPS left me on the door step. So I mounted one up. I get at the widest 53mm. Its mounted on a Alex XD-Lite. Which is an 18mm wide rim. Hope it helps.

Do you think these would make a good mud tire? Maybe trim off a few knobs for better mud clearance.

Otherwise......Fire XC Pros are one of my least favorite tires.
