I really like my new hardtail!

Newb with a HT here. I ended up buying a Diamondback Sync'r with a 130mm Rockshox Recon Solo Air fork and 1x 11 drivetrain(like the simplicity). I got the HT as it had better components than similarly priced full suspension and was on a budget. I am 57 so not interested in riding too much technical stuff anyway. More interested in seeing new country and getting exercise on easier trails. I did end up putting on a dropper seatpost and really like it. What would be some other enhancements I could look at in future?

I cant see the pedals but if they have reflectors and are cheap that would be a good upgrade. Othrer than that ride it like crazy and you will know if you need anything. Congrats on the new ride!

No bell needed with that bright yellow 😀😀👍

Just ride it, maintain it, and if something breaks upgrade it. Pedals and a comfy saddle may be a good upgrade that you will benefit from.
