    chinese hardtail suggestions...

Ive narrowed down my search to these 4 frames. If you have any experience or input on any of these please let me know, such as known issues or sizing, and overall ridability. My intended purpose is to race. Thanks.

Being such an important aspect of your bike I'd be hesitant to use Alibaba. I'm novice here at best so take it with a grain of salt, if you happen to know something I don't about Alibaba frames. I've seen some real crap come from that sight albeit nothing to do with a mtn bike.

I settled on Thrust because they claimed a rear tire clearance of 3" and were able to do BSA bb. I intend to run 2.4-2.6" tire. Also with a 60mm bb drop it should handle well in the twistys. However, the frame was damaged somehow and was returned to sender before it even left China - so who knows if I'll ever get it.

What is the intended purpose of the bike? I would figure that out first. Those bikes don't even have geometry charts listed.

Look at the long thread on here about them, or the ChinerTown forums. There is an active community in each of those to provide info.
