    69er conversion for old WTB Phoenix?

    Anyone have any idea if putting a Reba on the front of this great frame would work?

    Only if you can maintain the exact same head angle/bb height and not raise the front end. Otherwise, that wouldn't be one of the frames I would convert to a larger front wheel that changes the geometry. The Phoenix is already such a great riding bike that I wouldn't even consider the modification. My Phoenix is one of the best 26ers I've ever ridden.

    Please don't. The Phoenix is about as perfect as it gets in its stock form.

    Mike's bike there is far and away the best 26" bike I've ridden too. And I rode it hard.
    Just a regular guy.

    Nah send it to me, I still got 26" wheels somewhere!!
