30mm rim width blur xcc triangle?

2012 large blur xcc going 650 front and rear. Rear rim is 30mm external and 23mm internal. Tire will be neomoto 2.1. The rim width has me asking will it have enough clearence with that tire and the xcc rear triangle?

I ended up with TL28 rims. A neo moto 2.1 inflated has plenty of room.

On my 1X9 conversion, I opted to replace my 32T chainring with a Homebrew custom 31T rather than replacing the 11-34 cassette with 12-36. It chainring is $15 cheaper than the cassette; the gearing result is substantially similar. Many would think that the scant $15 savings is not worth the length of time it takes Homebrewed to make and ship the ring (at least 2 months, but there are bad stories in many threads all over MTBR). I ordered mine about this time last fall after hunting season started and riding was over, and received the ring in time to use it this past spring.
Old enough to know better. And old enough not to care. Best age to be.
