27.5 or 29/27.5+ Pike length question

I searched and found a ton of great info on tire clearance for forks but no real info on length/frame compatibility...

    I have 2 Pikes 2018 29er/27.5 150mm and a 27.5 160mm (both boost).
The 160 27.5 is 10mm shorter axle to crown than the 150 29/27.5+

Question is, which one should I use on my frame? my 2.8 Rekon tires fit on both forks albeit less clearance on the 27.5 fork but 6mm clearance on top seems fine.

Will 10mm make that much difference? I hate having headset spacers stacked and I'm trying to figure out my riser height on bars, currently have a 25mm rise but would be willing to go 38mm and use the shorter length fork because of the extra travel. Don't want to F up my geo/headtube angle either.

Frame is a Nordest Bardino but their site recommends anywhere from 140-170mm travel forks. Both my forks fit in that range but the longer travel is shorter than the other.

Any help would be great...shuffling parts over from multiple bikes is never easy

    Their geometry chart uses a 160mm 29" fork. Specifically, it's a Lyrik/Yari which has a 571mm axle-to-crown length, because they use a 539mm figure for the fork at 20% sag (571 - (160 x .2) = 539).

A 160 27.5" Pike has only a 552mm axle to crown. So it's ~20mm too short. You should use the 150mm 27.5 / 29" model as-is, or up it's travel to 160mm if you want the geometry they intended.

Not sure if I can bump up the travel to 160, was originally a 130mm. Thanks for the help though, initially that was my feeling but really wanted to use the fork with 160 travel
