    Hello ISP Question

Hello, I am fairly new to the mtb world, a friend of mine helped me build this hardtail but I cannot figure out what to do with the ISP(the one that came with the bike is very heavy and is made of 4 pieces and runs internally with the frame, was wondeing if someone could help confirm that this Ritchey isp topper would work with my current frame/isp diameter and as a outter topper?

No I am in the process of ordering the Ritchey WCS Seat Mast but need to make sure it will work with my seat tube diameter.

It would help if you used a caliper to measure. It would just be much more accurate.
