    studded 27.5 +?

For the next winter i look for studded tires.
For front there is lots of room, any suggestion in 3.0?
For rear 2.8 is the max possible, any suggestion?
The rims are 35 mm i.

The wrathchilds work well, and measure more like 2.8 on my 45ID rims.

    Wrathchild, Cake Eater 2.8.

The Wrathchild is grossly less than a 3.0, unfortunately and dunno how undersized the Cake Eater is, or isn't.

I have the Wrathchild on i38 rims and they come in at 2.77". Work well in couple inches of snow, slushy mud and frozen ice. Very aggressive tread and I found if ridden on frozen dirt with no snow they will throw studs.

The 29x2.8 Cake eaters measure 2.6 on i29 and only a couple mm more on a i45. Not sure how they can call them 2.8's. Other than that, fantastic tires though.

Fat Freddie 3.0, might be difficult to get unless you live in Finland. It is very tall true 3.0 tire.
