    Let's see those (27.5+ rear / 29+ front) bikes!

I'm in the process of building up a new aggressive HT+, and I'm very interested in this unique combo of wheels/tires -- 27.5+ rear, 29+ front. I know it's not very common, but I've seen several members here saying that they've done it.

Any thoughts or rider feedback on this particular setup would be much appreciated!

Maybe use this format alongside some pics? Example:

    Bike Frame: Canfield Nimble 9
    Fork: 2017 Fox F34 27.5+ Boost
Front wheel Inner Diameter (ID): 40mm
    Front Tire: Chupa 29x3"
    Rear wheel ID: 40mm
    Rear Tire: Nobby Nic 27.5x3"

a jones into which i squeezed a trailblazer rear (later an ikon+) with various 29+ set ups (though i prefer it with a hodag 27.5x3.8)

in general, i like it for 'messing around type of riding' over a 29+ f+r. for mile munching 29+ f+r rolls better, but there is an indefinable playful feel to a slightly smaller back wheel. there have been various threads discussing wheel physics and how unlikely differences are to be that noticable to a rider, but for me, its a sweet set up...
