    If I can run 26x4.7" can I assume I can run 293"?

I have a 2016 Rocky Mountain Blizzard -50 with 4.7" Bulldozers. Come spring, I'd like to try a 29+ wheelset and I'm curious about compatibility.

If they are true 4.7" tires and radius is in the 380-385mm range, then yes, 29x3 will fit.

If they run small and you're tight on clearance to the center knobs, then it will be close or no cigar.

In general, though, unless you have a really unusual frame, anything that will take a 26x4.7-5 will take 29x3.

Bonus: It will also fit 27.5x3.8!
