New question here. Are you Yeti'ing this Labor Day Weekend?

I had the day off today and was planning on doing a road ride right now, but obviously I'm not. I have to work tomorrow and Sunday at REI, but come early Monday morning I'm getting my ass over to Tamarack (ski resort) to do some DH'ing!

Anyone else have big riding plans!

    Have a safe weekend!

On leave for my main job, decided do a little moonlighting for extra cash at my old job at a local university for a couple of days. It's pouring down rain here in VA so riding for a few days might be out of the question. Sucks. Have fun!!!!

Solo road ride tomorrow morning (around 6am) before the family commitments begin. Short solo 575 ride Sunday morning (8am), again before family commitments begin. LONG 575 ride with mtb friends Monday morning (9am), and after, you guessed it, more family commitments.

Probably not for a day or two, anyway. Ernesto's still lingering and all the trails are likely to be closed until Monday at least.

I just got back from the White Mountains in Northern AZ. Spent 3 days up there with all intentions of riding at least twice. The monsoon rains put a damper on that! Rained for a few hours each day. I got a ride in around my mom's neiborhood but thats it. Oh well... for me, the riding season STARTS in October and runs until the heat wave comes back, somewhere around July...
