    Yeti factory tours?

Does Yeti do factory tours? I'd love to go up there for a day trip.

I have heard of distributors going there, but maybe if it is not busy, call them up and see if you could just drop by, can't hurt.

Rumor is they are always happy to host members of the tribe. Arrive near lunch time and ride with the crew- if you dare.

I did it myself 3 years ago.
I e-mailed first to make sure they are there and will be ok to take me on a tour.
Arrived, got a nice tour with Sara and than they gave me a demo bike to take on a ride (I did not dare riding with the guys). I had an ex-tribe member meet me there and take me for 2 hours on the local trails.
    Very cool guys.

I've been up there for a visit as well. I called in advance and they happily said yes to me coming by. Phil took me around the factory, shared a little history with me and showed off the bikes and workshop area. Everyone there is really friendly and it's a cool place to visit. I've never gone on a ride with the crew, but maybe one day I'll see if I can.

I also did it a couple of years back.

As GB said, just email them first and they will gladly do it. Bubba gave me the tour and next day was the Tribe Gathering at Crested Butte..... man, I gotta go back to CO :-)

Cool! I'll give a call and see if I can set something up. Perhaps I should offer some beer as incentive......

We're happy to give you a tour.

You should call first to make sure you're not coming during a bad/busy time, and beer is always welcome (we drink the cheap/local stuff - Coors/Coors Light).

    Cheers,

This reminds me - I didn't bring beer when I went, but when I got back home (I lived in FL at the time) I shipped a few local brews back to Phil. Hope he got them in one piece!

I'll bring you out some good Wisconsin beer when I get out to Colorado at the end of the summer.

Don't mess with success and stick to their request, cold silver bullet. Both Colorado based so they're patting each others backs.

My bad; a failed attempt to increase sales of my "go-to" suds.
