    X0 on SB-66

I'm wanting an X0 crank with a single ring up front but it seems the dh crank only comes in 83mm configuration. Am I better getting the double/triple ring set up and removing the other ring(s) and if so, which of their bb choices do I need? Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

    First off:
Universal Cycles -- Truvativ X.0 DH GXP Crankset

Universal has them in the 68/73 shell that would fit your frame, sounds like what you said you wanted.

If I were doing a 1x10, I'd probably get a triple ring crank, remove the granny and replace the big ring with a bash, but whatever spins your beanie. Your frame has a 73mm bb shell, you need whatever BB fits the crank you choose and that shell; most cranks include this.
