Setting Sag on Fork and Shock

So my 2011 Yeti 575 is the first mountain bike that i've had with a legit suspension and I'm having trouble figuring out the right amount of sag on the fork and shock. I'm 6'1 and weigh approx 200 pounds. I initially set the fork at 40psi which felt amazing but was probably too plush and the shock at 210. Everybody said those where way too low so now i'm at 75psi up front and 240 on the rear. I guess I'm just wondering what numbers do you guys run at and find best?

On my 07 I run pressure equal to my riding weight in the shock and half my weight in the fork (Fox Float RLC). Works well.

Nody weight with gear on is a good starting point on the rear shock. For reference on the front with my Talas 36 I run 60 PSI with about 7 clicks of low speed compression.

Have a look through You-tube tutorials. In 2 minutes, you can learn a lot!

A good sag on you Fork about 3 cm or 1.25 inches. Increase sag slightly if you're in more technical terrain. Watch this: Competitive Cyclist Guide to Fox 32 RLC Fork Set Up Shock Set Up - YouTube

I'm using 25% on my shock 5 clicks (fast) rebound, 30% sag on front 14 clicks (fast) rebound, Compression 5 clicks clockwise (from full counter) Lock out 1 click from full counter...
