Selling My New 2013 Yeti SB-66

I am going to sell my brand new 2013 Yeti SB-66. I bought the bike 1 1/2 years ago from Competitive Cyclist for $3500 (MSRP WAS $5K - Full XT Components) when they were discounting them. The frame is a Medium in black and turquoise. I installed the Frameskin clear film protection and the carbon fiber down tube protector. I also replaced the decals of the rims (Stan's NoTubes Flow EX) with a custom made set in Turquoise. I also replaced the decals on the Fox 34 front shock with the Yeti Turquoise decals.

I had no plans on ever selling the bike but I never ride it and it makes no sense to let it sit.

    Any interests?

Does it sit because you don't ride at all or riding something else? Asking price?

I'm not ridding at all. I'm asking $2500 not including shipping.

Looks nice. But it stopped being "brand new" the moment you bought it.

unfortunately things have change ALOT since 2013. bigger wheels and smaller chainrings among other things. You're better off keeping it and riding it. 26" wheel bikes just dont have resale value. your going to have to find someone who is outside the mountain bike loop but who knows the yeti brand and can appreciate its new condition. probably in the $1250-1500 range.

Yeah, one bad thing about bike industry always changing components and frame quality.

Good luck with sale! flee bay prob bring most $$ to someone who isn't interested in newest greatest 13 SPEED cassettes.

If you've got the patience, you might consider parting it out.

Thanks for all of the feedback everyone. I have lowered my asking price to $2200. I have posted it on Atlanta Craigslist.
