    Scam Alert, AS-X on Ebay

    Hey gang.

Last week I posted my AS-X on MTBR classifieds:

    http://classifieds.mtbr.com/cgi-bin/...uery=retrieval

Today there is an Ebay auction posted for the exact same bike, using my photo and description:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...DME:B:AAQ:US:1

I did not list this item on Ebay. Beware, beware. I have reported this to Ebay.

There are many good bike companies out there, and I work for one of them.

Very good watch guard duty though, hopefully you can help keep someone from getting screwed.

I did just see him sporting a Knolly brochure...
Since when did Need have anything to do with this?

Wow, I'm going to buy the one on the new post, it looks like it will go cheaper
    ;-)

Thanks for the alert, it takes all kinds. There was a guy claiming to be from Chicago scamming on the classified section of this board. He would post high-end bikes at ridiculously cheap prices. I sent him an e-mail once, offered to buy his Blur. When I told him I would have my uncle from Chicago who works for the FBI take a look at the bike I never heard from him again. Maybe he's moved to eBay?
    What, me hurry?

Just don't expect to have it very soon, I know a couple guys who have been waiting on Knolly frames for quite some time.
