    SB95 carbon rear brake creek

I need help. got my sb95 carbon put together yesterday and went out for a shake down ride this morning. when I apply the rear brake I get a loud creaking sound. I have pulled everything a part (all pivot points, rear axle retainer, lubed spoke crossings, ect.)applied grease and re torqued to spec. I am at a loss as to where to look. any ideas?

I had a wacky creak on my 95a for a while at one point, which turned out to be fixed by cleaning the rear dropout chips and tightening the axle fixing bolt a 1/4 to 1/2 turn tighter. Hasn't creaked since. Maybe you just need a smidgen more tension on the rear axle?

I just finished building up my SB95c as well as noticed some creaking...narrowed it down to the cables and zipties on the brake cable, as well as the housing going through the linkage.

thanks for the suggestions. turned out to be my formula 2 piece rotors. cleaned the pins with alcohol and no more creaking.

I also had a little creak in my linkage, some paint had gotten on some of the spacers and pivots , it dried and caused a little creak .
just went through it and its silent now.
