    SB-66 which chain guide?

So I want to run a 1x10 32T 12-36 setup on the SB-66 when it gets here next week. I plan to move up to a 34T and 36T ring successively when my fitness levels catch up again.

I originally planned to run the MRP Lopes SL but I just noticed that it states you can't run it with a bash guard and I definitely intend to run a bash guard. Is this correct info?

What are my other options, Mini G2, Gamut, any suggestions/input?

    Thanks,

    Tejas

If a bash guard is a must, I'd recommend the e13 SRS+ in the 32-36 size.

    . . . Just one man's opinion though . . .

It weighs less than the e13 SRS, I'll look into it.

I have been running a LG1 on my 66 with no issues.
There are many good bike companies out there, and I work for one of them.

I personally run the LG1+ myself, but the OP said, "I definitely intend to run a bash guard." The LG1+ technically uses a fixed taco rather than a traditional bash guard.

Yea the taco underneath will suffice, I went ahead and ordered an LG1+ this morning.

    Thanks for everyone's input.

The Lopes is esentially a G2SL without a skid. So if you want protection, just get a G2 SL (the "mini" 32-36t guide is most common for trail bikes). If you want a traditional crank-mounted bash, we offer the S4. All of them are good options, just depends what style you want.
