    mid position for RP3

I set my sag up on my 575's at the middle position on the Fox RP3 As this is where I leave the lever for 90% of the time. So..... I'd say where ever you think you'd be leaving the lever for the majority of your riding.... set your sag using that position.

I measure sag with propedal off on my rp23 and run it on propedal 1 or 2 most of the time... I like how it behaves like that.. stiff for the climbing, but plush for the downs

The lever should be in the middle when you set the sag. If you sit on the bike and flip the lever to the left (softest) you will see that the sag changes because it gets softer. So if you set the sag at 25% with the lever to the left (softest) then when in the middle and to the right it will be too hard. Vise versa if set with the lever to the right...
