I've got some roughness in my rear suspension linkage on my ASR (Alloy '09). Basically when the rear shock uncompresses, there is a metal on metal sound. The shock was completely rebuilt (nitrogen charged), so I don't think the shock is at fault. I'm guessing it is from wear where the shock engages with the frame. I see the rebuild kit at yeti store for $150 e-Business, and just the bearings for $50 e-Business. Any ideas on what is need and if this an easy maintenance to do, or should I take to a shop?
