    How to clean pivot points

I'm getting some squeaking from my new ASR-5. It's only about 3-4 months old but I've been riding it a ton and in horrible weather (including being completely submerged in a stream during a massive rain storm).

The owners manual says to "clean pivot points" after a month. Exactly how do I do that? Do I remove the bolts and sleeves and take the pivots completely apart? Is this something I can do on my own or should the shop do it? I've got a torque wrench to reassemble it all properly.

I'd just unbolt everything, clean/wipe it out, grease as directed, reassemble.

I dunno about the ASR-5 but the SB95 was a piece of cake.

I use an air compressor set at 40psi and blast every pivot points, always gets rid of the creaks. Also re-lube pivots every 500~1000 miles is a must.
