New question here. HELP 2011 575 Enduro Suspension Set UP

Need HEL on suspension set-up (RP23 Kashima) .This is my first Yeti I dont know which one to follow The Yeti 2011 Manual or The Local Mechanic. Manual states PSI should be over rider's weight, Local Mechanic telling me under rider's weight. What you guys think is the correct PSI? Im around 215-220 lbs with my riding gear. Any input is highly appreciated

Start with your body weight in PSI and go off of the sag. 25-30% is a good starting place and tune from there to your personal preference.

start with body weight, bring your bike & pump to favorite trail, ride favorite trail again and again with slightly less and slightly more psi. you'll find the right psi pretty quick.
