    Is there any reason i can't run a e-type front derailleur on a ASR5?
I'm running a Raceface turbine crank and it looks like from the instructions than it would work.

Is there any reason not too?

It doesn't look like the frame has a boss/hole for the anti-rotation bolt, so it's not in the e-type mount spec. Maybe you could jerry rig something to make it work, but I have to ask why. What are you hoping to gain from using an e-type?

This is the derailleur mount that people liked so much it spawned several other "standards" so that no one would have to use it.
