broken rivet nut on downtube cable routing

One of the rivet nuts on my downtube routing seems to have broken free. The screw just spins and wont loosen or tighten. Yeti suggested that I need to have the rivet tightened, but how do I get the screw off. I tried prying a knife in there, but there doesn't seem to be any part of the rivet rotating externally on the bike. The rivet appears to be two pieces, and maybe it broke free internally?

Any ideas how to remove the screw?

This is on an ASR5 carbon.

    Same thing happened to mine.

Had to send to my Dealer for a fix. Came back all good though.

I think the Loc-tite compund on the bolts is to blame.

Shop had to butcher my hose guides to get the bolt out, and I had to buy a new set. Ouch $$

    Frame was undamaged.

One of mine broke free. I pulled up on the outside piece and got a small hacksaw blade in there to cut it free. The inside piece fell into the frame so taking the seatpost out and shaking the frame around set it free. I then just tapped a drywall anchor in there and the screw tightened into that just fine. Cost about a penny.
