    Boulder skies

Probably should post this to the Front Range forum but know you Yeti locals will steer me right. What should I ride when I head out to Boulder late July? There's so many trails I can't make sense of them all. Don't want to get stuck on fire road. Give me your most Yeti 575 worthy picks.

Betasso Preserve is one of my favorites.

Hey how far out of my way would Buffalo Creek be if I was headed to Boulder from Denver? I've heard great things about that trail system

Buffalo Creek is a good place.

Where will you be staying? In Boulder?

Buffalo Creek wouldn't be a difficult commute, and a nice drive outside of rush hour. I'd take Highway 93 south from Boulder, head into Golden and then take C470 to 285. It should take you a little over an hour. Well worth it.

I've lived in Boulder for nearly 30 years. Ask away!

Boulderado Hotel. I'll be driving in, figured I would leave and spend a couple days camping at Buffalo Creek. Hoping I can grab a ride in between meetings in Boulder. Need to dig out my CO map and see how this all maps out. I'll check out Betasso Preserve too. Thanks for the advice.

Hall Ranch in Lyons is great. About 30 min from Boulder.

    Boulder skies

Hall Ranch is the best trail in the area, hands down. You can link it up with Picture Rock, too, which makes for a pretty sweet 2-3 hour ride.

Depending on when you're out here, I'd be glad to give you a tour of Hall or Betasso; I ride those trails quite a bit.

Walker Ranch is pretty solid and Betasso is a fun quick one as well. Both can be ridden to from town.
