    ASR5C with 650b?

Is it possible to run a ASR5C with 650b/27.5 wheels? What modes would you have to do or just put the wheels on and go? I also wonder if the size or tire makes a difference on frame rub?
Any insite would help, I maybe demoing a set of 27.5/650b wheels and thought I would give it a try next week.
thanks for any ideas and or tips.

Although I haven't tried it, I say no (in fact, I think I have seen a thread somewhere from someone who did try, and it was a no go). There really isn't a lot of clearance on the rear triangle. Even with a 2.25 tire mud can sometimes be an issue. Think it's front wheel only.

27.5 inch wheels on a ASR5C is like putting 75 series tires on a Ferrari.

The ASR5C is like a race car, designed to be pushed and thrown through the trail. It would be a shame to hamper that performance.

The ASR Carbon however could be interesting on bigger wheels.

They dont fit, there is not enough clearance for the 650b/27.5 on the rear triangle.
I am glad I was able to get a pair of wheels and see. Now I can just ride my bike and not have to dream of an expensive pair of carbon hoops in the larger size.
