ASR-7 Cable Rub (bing through) on Chain Stay

I was rebuilding my bike last night to get ready for spring and when replacing the rear derailleur housing along the chain stay I noticed that it had worn about a 5mm grove into the chain stay right behind the front derailleur. I am assuming that this amount of wear is caused by the movement of the rear triangle when the suspension is active, but it is deep enough that I am somewhat concerned. Luckily it is in about the most overbuild portion of the rear triangle, it just seems like there i no way to protect that area given the cable routing options on the bike. Has anyone else noticed this? If so, how did you fix it?

I have the updated rear tri where the cable is routed through the chain stay so I don't have that problem. However, I did notice the rear brake cable wearing through the frame at the bottom of the down tube just after where the cable leaves the last cable guide/clamp so you might want to keep an eye on that one also.
