Anyone care to share their experiences with riding an ARC on the east coast (read: technical trails with short, steep climbs, etc.)? I noticed that the chainstay is 16.9 inches, which seems kinda longish for power climbing. Is the chainstay length a drawback?

but my ARC handles the short technical stuff on the west coast in CA just fine. My ARC is the best fitting and handling bike I've ever owned. Although it doesn't turn quite as quickly as other bikes, it handles great and is a good high speed HT even with a lot of rocks and techiness thrown in for fun!
