    575 and burley d'lite trailer

so this thread is probably for less than 1% of the readers here but though i might try. When I hook my trailer to the 575 there is no clearance left and the tire rubs the trailer. I even have a very narrow maxis larsen 1.9 in the rear, no way I can even get close with a 2.3. It looks like it is the result of the very narrow rear triangle spacing. I also had a concern that even if I did hook it up it could potentially damage the carbon pivot.

anyone have any experience with this?

just glad I held on to my hardtail

Burley makes an attachment skewer that replaces your rear skewer. The trailer hooks right to it. Just pull out your current skewer, slide the other one through your rear hub, and the trailer hooks right to it. I seen one at a bike shop a little while back. This way, you don't have to hook the trailer to your frame. It hooks right to the skewer.
